5 things I do to stay healthy
1. I make sure to take time to run/walk outside each day
2. I make sure to have a balanced diet
3. I try to exercise regularly
4. I drink lots of water during the day
5. I make sure to get a good amount of sleep each night

ReplyDeleteI think those are some really good habits you follow. I'd usually try to do exercise, but procrastinate until its to late to do anything! How long roughly do you think you've stuck to this list for?

Hi Anika! I think that these habits you have shared are very healthy and you should keep it up! One thing I would say is that you have mentioned doing exercise twice. Other than that I think you certainly know how to keep healthy!!
