Hi Anika. I love the way you select perfect adjectives that allow the reader to place themselves in the environment you are describing. These improved as i read along each of your slides. Slide 14 really shows your learning. Thinking about next steps, think about taking some of the small words from your description to help the writing flow eg; (slide 14) The small red canoe lay on crystal cear water, trapped between mountains of green, snow sleeping atop dominant mountains. You could possibly try this with one of your other slides as practise.
Well done Anika - you have used quite a range descriptive words and phrases for each setting. Did you find any of these scenes harder to find descriptive language for? Which one were you able to relate better to? - Mrs T
