Hi miss ODea I think a possible solution could be people own one house at a time that way the many people who are in the house shortage situation can get a house to live in.
That could definitely be a start. Or perhaps if they owned a rental house, the rents could be capped to make them more affordable for those who cant afford homes. Its definaitly worth you raising the debate anyway, Well done!
