Exercising is very important it keeps you healthy and fit and prevents you from getting type two diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease.
Personally, I don't do much exercise but I do dance and netball and walk around lots just like any other person. This is enough to keep you healthy you don't need to go to the gym every day just doing a sport and sticking with it or going outside and taking in the fresh air.
Your body is designed to move, dance, throw, skip, push-pull and move. Most people in the last century had to engage in exercise to perform active daily tasks. People now drive cars, work while sitting at a desk and sit still watching movies and playing video games. Exercise functions to fill the gap between our decreased exercise daily.
Here are some benefits of exercise. It can make you feel happier. It can help with weight loss. It is good for your muscles and bones. It can increase your energy levels.
It can reduce your risk of chronic disease. It can help skin health. It can help your brain health and memory.
It can help with relaxation and sleep quality. All of these are true facts about what exercise can do to help your body. Exercise can make you feel happier because it makes you lose weight and that makes you feel a lot better about your bodyweight.
These are all of my reasons why exercise is better for you. It helps you live a happier and healthier lifestyle and like I said before you don't need to go to the gym every day just walking and doing sport well be plenty. So get off the couch and enjoy walking around your neighbourhood.
