One second you saw it, the next you didn’t. She wanted to turn around and leave this strange place, but curiosity got the better of her.
The fog seemed to be alive. It danced amongst the trees: smothered, slithered, sneaked in and out of the branches. The trees lining the road, sentinels of the night, seemed to sway in the breeze, their branches reaching up like tentacles clawing for the sky, yearning to escape the cloying fog.
One second you saw it, the next you didn’t. The ghostly shadow vanished once again into the mist.
Lenore Voldemort had come too far to turn back now. Goosebumps prickled on her cold, clammy skin, and she was sure she could hear her heart thumping inside her chest like a fluttering bird begging to be let out of its cage. Pulling her scarf tightly around herself, she stepped forward into the woods, towards the place where the shadow had been. She didn’t know why? Or what she could do if it came closer but in desperation, she didn’t really care.
She was getting hotter the deeper she went in sweat began to drip from her long black hair. She couldn’t find the way to the start even if she tried the mist was to thick to see anything.
Lenore’s hair was an issue to work with it made herself heavier and made it harder to walk let alone run then a snap on the ground right next to Lenore’s feet had happened she looked to her right to see the dark black shadow running towards her at a raped speed she runs as fast as she could but something pulled against her hair she couldn’t run she was stuck. Lenore looked behind her she was terrified a stick was tangled in her hair and the stick was attached to a giant tree.
The shadow was getting closer Lenore pulled and tugged but nothing worked the shadow was only a few feet away and Lenore just admitted defeat she closed her eyes and felt as… nothing the shadow ran straight past her and vanished in the mist she was once again alone and stuck Lenore did not hesitate as she pulled a piece of sharp glass from her pocket and cut all of her hair. Lenore’s hair was now, stubby short rough hair.
Lenore Voldemort kept running towards where she saw the shadow going. She still didn’t know why she kept running towards the shadow it looked like a deadly ghost ready to strike any living thing to the ground but Lenore felt like it was pulling her towards it she may have been in a trance or mind-controlled but the fact her goosebumps had vanished said otherwise.
Lenore kept running across the muddy track and looked as though she didn’t feel a thing every time something strange from the mud stabbed her bare feet. Lenore didn’t even pay attention to the giant slash on her face from a rose bush or the countless amounts of scrapes and scratches on her legs from infinite amounts of barbed wire it seemed her mind didn’t have time to fell pain all it had time for was getting closer to the ghostly shadow.
Lenore kept running although the pain was getting to her head. With each step, it felt like a leap across a hole filled with the end but her mind kept making her move, Lenore couldn’t even think about how this could all be a wild goose chase or a race to desist but she continued to run no matter how much it hurts or stang or ma…
Lenore stopped something was behind her and she was afraid to look she didn’t move a muscle, but it was hard for her head was no longer focused on getting to the shadow or even getting away from it Lenore’s brain was focused on the giant slash on her face, the countless amount of scratches and scaps on her legs and the icy breathing on her neck but before Lenore could do anything she fell hard on the muddy track she couldn’t bear the pain anymore and feel into a deep sleep.
Lenore woke up she saw grey trees just like the one the muddy track and thick mist all around her she tried to get up off the ground but she couldn’t her feet were stuck they where chained down to the mud she tried to get out of them by hitting them with her hands and pulling them with her feet but they didn’t budge they never did.

Imagine waking up to a plate of pancakes with all your favourite toppings, or, the best piece of toast in the world. With AI this would be possible. AI would be able to do a lot of things for you, I mean look at Tony Stark his AI systems can do everything for him, make him breakfast, dinner smoothies, get him champagne and even check his blood pressure, this brings me to my next point.
With an AI system, this can be solved, an AI system would be able to tell if the person wearing the hearing aids are talking, listening, watching or something else, And would make it so they could hear what they actually wanted to, but that is not where it ends. AI could also be a huge use when in hospitals.
Artificial intelligence/AI is a machine with a mind of its own. A kinda robot-like thing hiding in your everyday technology products, I put that wrong let me restart. From google searching to self-driving cars AI is all around us.
But what if AI starts developing feelings, what if it thinks us humans are the problem I’m Anika and this is why AI is a positive look to our future.
If we have AI everything will be done fast. Incredibly fast, large portions of people have had a huge weight taken off their shoulders to the thanks of AI it has made their jobs, much more manageable, and as much as that's good AIs biggest benefit is that machines do not need breaks or sleep and they don't need to be paid so it will be going constantly.
AI can be doing the same task over and over without growing bored. This is great because most people can not spend a minute without talking to someone. Don't get me wrong talkings great I'm doing it right now but it puts you off your work with AI it can do all the work well you're just chatting with your friends. That would be nice now, wouldn't it?

If someone with hearing aids is talking to someone and a tv or radio is on they will hear both of them at the same time, but if somebody with good hearing is in the same situation their brain will tell their ears to listen to the conversation and not focus on tv, this makes it very hard for people with hearing aids to hear people properly even with their hearing aids.

When someone is in a critical state they are usually on life support, and even though doctors or family are there most of the time when they leave and the only person in the room is the patient.
what would happen if something goes wrong if the life support stop working or something else happens and the patient struggling to stay alive the systems that we have now will alert the doctors and they will rush to the room but what if they don't make it in time, this is a possibility with AI. This possibility will be reduced to a 1 out of 100 chance as AI could alert the doctors, figure out the problem and fix the problem. This would not be taking the doctors time as the AI systems would not have to be used if not very necessary.
AI is one of the best creations ever. Where would you be if AI didn't sort your spam mail and if you didn't have google maps directing you to your destination? I've been Anika and that was why AI is a positive look to our future.
Baseball
A boy in our class from America called Landon was leaving and going back to America so we decided to play his favourite game baseball.
we had 2 games of baseball on different days. On the first day I got out first time because I didn't know how to play but on my second try, I managed to get to the second base.
On the second day I got a home run and got someone out by tagging them and I also got to third base om my second go.

Exercising is important.
Exercising every day is healthy for our wellbeing.
Exercising is very important it keeps you healthy and fit and prevents you from getting type two diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease.
Personally, I don't do much exercise but I do dance and netball and walk around lots just like any other person. This is enough to keep you healthy you don't need to go to the gym every day just doing a sport and sticking with it or going outside and taking in the fresh air.
Your body is designed to move, dance, throw, skip, push-pull and move. Most people in the last century had to engage in exercise to perform active daily tasks. People now drive cars, work while sitting at a desk and sit still watching movies and playing video games. Exercise functions to fill the gap between our decreased exercise daily.
Here are some benefits of exercise. It can make you feel happier. It can help with weight loss. It is good for your muscles and bones. It can increase your energy levels.
It can reduce your risk of chronic disease. It can help skin health. It can help your brain health and memory.
It can help with relaxation and sleep quality. All of these are true facts about what exercise can do to help your body. Exercise can make you feel happier because it makes you lose weight and that makes you feel a lot better about your bodyweight.
These are all of my reasons why exercise is better for you. It helps you live a happier and healthier lifestyle and like I said before you don't need to go to the gym every day just walking and doing sport well be plenty. So get off the couch and enjoy walking around your neighbourhood.

What happens at cross contry.
What happens at cross country.
Cross country is a running event but what happens there? What group of runners do you get put into? How many different schools are there? I will tell you what happens today.
What is cross country: Cross country is a long-distance running event, it is for kids to help them get into running and sports instead of staying cooped up inside or playing on their technology. There are three schools that compete in our Western Zone - Pukepoto, Pamapuria and Ahipara primary/intermediate schools. It is held at Pukepoto School every year as they have a good hill for us to run.
Who do you run with: when you are running in cross country you run with people who were the same age as you at the start of the year. I know that may be a bit confusing but just let me explain. If say you were ten at the start of the year you would run with other people who were ten at the start of the year (0n 1 January).
The places: of course all races have a winner, if you come in the top ten people to cross the finish line you will go through to a new race at Peria School. And I think that after that you go through to a new race in Dargaville if you get in the top few. Sometimes you have to dodge through cow poop or mud when running but no one really cares.
So that is what cross country is and what you do there. Oh and they have food to buy there such as water bottles, sausages in bread, lollies cupcakes and more. That probably makes cross country a lot more appealing. So at cross country you run laps with your age and have fun with your friends and eat food, I think cross country is very good in the way it keeps your fitness up .

I’m pretty sure that you will all know what makeup is but if you don't I'll tell you, makeup is something to cover up the ugliness of peoples faces. So how is it made I'll tell you how most makeup is made.
Bareminerals Lipstick: Lipstick ingredients are made of three ingredients wax: beeswax, Conover, and candalayla. Pigment, and moisturizer: planter. First, the wax and moisturizer are wayed, then the wax is melted down and put in a kettle. Than a moisturizer known as a planter is added for a creamy soft texture. Next, the pigment is made and put through rollers that grind the pigment it is rolled 3 times till the pigment is rolled to a thin sheet. Then added to the kettle till the mixture is thick, the liquid then goes into a filling machine that puts it in small round containers, it then goes on a covener through a 5 feet long tunnel were the lipstick is frozen, the lipstick is attached to containers some containers have mirrors and lights attached.
Colourpop Eye shadow: First ingredients are weighed, first is mica a mineral that acts as a filler. Then a zing steroid which acts as the binder for the eye shadow, next a combo of pigment is weighed till it meets the desired , the pigments used are made with iron oxide and sometimes even diamond glitters.Once everything is weighed the pigment is taken and put into a blender jar till it is a dust, the man/woman who is doing the pigment has to wear a gas mask drew to all the chemicals. Next, the pigment is put into a big mixer and coconut oil is poured to the mix till it's got cake form, then more mica is added a lot more eye shadow is 80% mica. A lot of eyeshadows have a dark intense shine. Then plastic containers are prepared the is placed in the containers put on a metal plate and a thin magnet is placed in a container so the eyeshadow will stay in place, the clear lid is applied and done.
Bare Minerals Powder foundation: First of all a technician makes a blend of titanium, mica, and zinc, this blend is often mixed with red, yellow and black till the precise consistency and shade would you have guessed this was mixed in, once the pigment is perfect it is sent off to the factory to be produced on a much larger scale. A machine is used to replicate the exact pigment in the lab but the color does not come out right it is instead taken to a compounder who compounds the pigment. The mixture transforms into the perfect color instead of a bright white. Before it’s sent for packaging the workers test the foundation on their arms to match the colors. Once it's matched it can be sent off for packaging the powered is dumped into big drums and brought to the packaging room for distributing, each container is filled with the same amount of powder and sealed with plastic and labeled with the company name and shade. The packages are cleaned for any excess powder and know they're ready to ship.

We were writing explanations in class and this is one of the explanations I wrote.
What happens in athletics.
Athletics is a fun sports event. but what happens there? How many different sports things are there? Where is it held? Well if you are wondering all these questions you have come to the right place. Because this is what will be explained today.
Throwing: At athletics, there are different types of sports throwing ones running and jumping but this paragraph is focussing on the throwing sports. So the first sport to consider is discus so on discus you through a discuss as far as you can, and if you're wondering what is a discus it's like a frisbee just heavier much heavier. Shot put is the next throwing sport in this sport you throw a ball as small as a grapefruit with this sport you hold it by your shoulder and shoot it as far as possible and again this one is very heavy.
Jumping: For the jumping sports there is high jump and long jump lets start with high jump. For high jump it is set up like limbo a pole held up by two other poles, and the pole being held up can also move just like limbo but the pole moves up and not down. So back to the pint on the high jump, you jump over the pole with scissor legs and then you land on a big blue mat (don't worry it is very thock you won't sink down or anything) then the pole in the middle moves up and up till it cant or you can't anymore. The next jumping sport is long jump, for long jump, there is a pit of sand you stand back on a mark then you run as fast as you can jump right near the pit and land if you land on your butt and you hands land before your butt you get marked on were your hands land.
Running: For running there is not much to say your run a 100metre run a 200metre run and a 400metre run. When you're running a 100-metre run you will go up against around 5-7 people there will be a person with a gun (that makes a loud noise and fires smoke up in the air), a whistle or just there voice to mark the start of the race. There will probably be a line to cross at the end and start of the race. It's basically the same as the other races. But when doing 200 and 100 metres you run straight and with 400metres you run in a circle a few times.
That is all that happens in athletics. Well more like sports that are at athletics because the other things are boring just bus rides there and things like that oh but you do if you bring money get super good food so, everyone will definitely want to come to athletics now. Athletics is really fun and` everyone would want to give it a shot it has got a lot of deferent sports in it to strengthen different parts of your body.

How to write a good script.
We had to write 4 explanations in three weeks in term 3 and this is one of the explanations I wrote on how to write a good script for film making.
How to write a good script
Have you ever wondered how some of your favourite movies are made? How they come up with the best one-liners? Well that all comes from a script but how do you write a good script? I will be explaining how to do this today.
Characters: The first thing about writing a good script is the characters you need main characters, sub-characters and possibly just other random characters but let's stick with the main and sub-characters. So you need to have the types of characters so let's have 4 main characters usually in a movie there is a person who is funny and stupid, there is a serious one, a hero big ego kind of person and the leader who is the real main character. So when you're making main characters you want to have a backstory on how they met or how they feel about each other. Also, it's always great to have the two characters who are at each other constantly.
The scene: When setting the scene you want to Make it clear that this is where it's happening and if you change the scene make it clear that you have changed the scene like this for example. A classroom. In the classroom, Tim was by the math corner and Jessica was in the library corner. And if I change the scene to in the nature walk in the nature walk, Jessica was by the flowers, Tim walked up to her. Make sure everyone reading/watching knows where the scene is and where everyone else is.
Speech: In a script, you need the characters to talk that is kind of the main thing in a script in fact probably just what the script is at all. So when adding speech you want it to be easy and clear to read you know the actors reading it don't ask this doesn't make sense. But you want to make some things funny and when you have a funny character you want to make sure they always have the best funny lines. Plus when it’s a serious situation try to make it serious but possibly a bit of sarcasm or jokes can be fine once the seriousness is established.
So when writing a script make sure you have good characters, a good scene, and great speech since that is the biggest part of a script. Writing scripts is really fun as you can create new worlds and explore many different things. I hope this explanation helped you.

Have you ever wondered how some of your favourite movies are made? How they come up with the best one-liners? Well that all comes from a script but how do you write a good script? I will be explaining how to do this today.
Characters: The first thing about writing a good script is the characters you need main characters, sub-characters and possibly just other random characters but let's stick with the main and sub-characters. So you need to have the types of characters so let's have 4 main characters usually in a movie there is a person who is funny and stupid, there is a serious one, a hero big ego kind of person and the leader who is the real main character. So when you're making main characters you want to have a backstory on how they met or how they feel about each other. Also, it's always great to have the two characters who are at each other constantly.
The scene: When setting the scene you want to Make it clear that this is where it's happening and if you change the scene make it clear that you have changed the scene like this for example. A classroom. In the classroom, Tim was by the math corner and Jessica was in the library corner. And if I change the scene to in the nature walk in the nature walk, Jessica was by the flowers, Tim walked up to her. Make sure everyone reading/watching knows where the scene is and where everyone else is.
Speech: In a script, you need the characters to talk that is kind of the main thing in a script in fact probably just what the script is at all. So when adding speech you want it to be easy and clear to read you know the actors reading it don't ask this doesn't make sense. But you want to make some things funny and when you have a funny character you want to make sure they always have the best funny lines. Plus when it’s a serious situation try to make it serious but possibly a bit of sarcasm or jokes can be fine once the seriousness is established.
So when writing a script make sure you have good characters, a good scene, and great speech since that is the biggest part of a script. Writing scripts is really fun as you can create new worlds and explore many different things. I hope this explanation helped you.

A plant, something that helps you breathe that you see everywhere and most likely know-how they grow unless you live in a dessert of course and don't know how it grows but that is why this explanation here, to explain how a plant grows.
The planting: So let's start with the origin of a plant, the seed. So you need to pick a seed ( it can be any seed) then depending on the size of the seed you need to dig a hole for the seed to go into. Here are the depths you should plant them in depending on the size if you have a small seed the size of a pea, plant it in about 5-6 centimetres in soil. If your seed is as big as a walnut shell then plant it about 10-15 centimetres in the soil. But if your seed is in between the sizes oi just said plant it about 7-8 or 9-12. When planting the seed make sure you plant it in moist soil where it can get enough sun.
The beginning: Through time the seed will develop roots. The roots will be small at first and not very strong so you need to be delicate with it because in time your seed will slowly rise out of the ground and become a living plant. Somewhere in the plant, there will be food which the seed needs so if you see something bulky don't chop it off or fiddle with it because that could stop the food from working there for making the plant die.
An Adult: it grows up so fast. Your plant will be in time a full-grown plant but this plant will not be moving out of the house you still need to take care of your plant making sure it gets the right amount of sun and water to survive. Also, some plants need a stick to hold them up you know if your plant needs this if it is drooping down if it has fruit and is drooping down don't add a stick that.
So to plant a plant you need to plant a seed at the proper depth, put in the proper amount of sunlight and gives it a nice amount of water then add any extra support and your plant should be a full-grown beautiful plant.

Praying mantis.
Praying mantis
Laying as if they were lifeless, the two talked through a language unknown. But no not all were like this. One jumped and played. She was like a kangaroo.
The two stopped speaking and watched, staring at her breaking the only known soul of the species. Her eyes bulged out of her head she lay next two them another lifeless shell.
But this is not a sad story, in fact, it is just life, shedding skin is natural. Somewhere, dancing around somewhere is a newborn praying mantis.
Attack a war-struck between praying mantis vs spiders, many dying, many running, many fighting. But the girl who jumped shed skin and made a new one, a soldier. Powerful and strong using the skills from her old life she took off for the big one.
Running through hordes of spiders she found the tarantula. They fought for years broth on an equal level.

What is killing our earth?
For the last few days, we have been working on explanations on climate change and what it is doing for our planet and what we can do to stop it. I chose tree deforestation and ocean accidafication.
There are a lot of things killing our earth but two things are really threatening our air, and adding to the issue of climate change. Today I will be explaining why ocean acidification and tree deforestation are two of the things we should be talking about.
What is tree deforestation: Tree deforestation is trees being cut down, but not at the normal pace. Trees have been cut down for centuries but this time it is getting outrageous! People are cutting down trees but not bothering to plant new trees. If no one plants trees for the earth and they only take trees, we won’t have any left. This is becoming a very big problem because trees give us a lot of oxygen but this source of oxygen is being cut down or burnt down at this very minute. Did you notice how I said burnt down, well if you think I put that there by mistake you would be very wrong, One of the biggest forests in the world that releases 20% of our oxygen is being burnt down that’s right the Amazon rainforest is being burnt to clear room for agriculture? This is adding to a lot of the oxygen disappearing and is also at the same time releasing more fossil fuels adding to the ever-increasing CO2 supply.
Ocean acidification: ocean acidification is the ocean is getting more acidic. The reason this is happening just because of more co2 coming into the air and going into the ocean. Why is that a bad thing? Well, this is what happens when too much co2 goes in the ocean co2+h2o=h2co3 and h2co3 and h2co3 makes hydrogen and hydrogen is acidifying the ocean. Plus shellfish, mollusks and corals are dying off because they are not getting enough calcium carbonates which they need to produce a skeleton without this skeleton they will die. To make calcium carbonates you need to add co2 to ca+2=caco3 aka calcium carbonates3 and this formula cant be made drawn to all the co2 mixing with the h2o this way there is no co2 for the ca (calcium) to make calcium carbonates. So shellfish, mollusks and corals cant produce a skeleton and their old skeletons are dissolving since there are no calcium carbonates this has a big impact on the world because corals produce oxygen, which we obviously need to live.
How do we resolve this: Well to resolve deforestation we need to stop taking trees for granted and chop them down like they’re nothing because they provide a very large supply of our oxygen and without them, we would be doomed so if you ever cut down a tree, plant a new tree. It is really easy to do. Now how do we stop ocean acidification this one is a bit harder to resolve, but a way to subdue the ocean acidifying is by reducing your carbon footprint a way of doing this is by using less single-use plastic, taking the bus instead of driving in a car everywhere and by taking strikes to show people we need to do something about these problems.
I hope this explanation showed you two things that are killing our earth and also showed you to be more careful with the things you do to the earth and will help you realise this problem and we need to resolve it before it becomes too big. We need to save the earth for future generations and if that means planting trees and taking the bus every once and a while then I don’t think it’s too much to ask.

Animal Art.
On Friday the 12 of August we did animal art for pet day I desided to do a green cheeked conjure. This pacific green cheeked conjure was a drawing of the bird called Ari a bird owned by Jaiden. But anyway i started by drawing an outline and a few details then i went more in-depth. once I had done the details I shaded and then picked out a colour of paper and glued the bird on. Well the bird was drying i got black pastel and drew a backdrop then glued the bird and the paper on to the backdrop and it come out like this.

Harry potter
Harry Potter is about a boy named Harry Potter who lives with his aunt uncle and cousin until one-day letters start to attack at his house and a half-giant comes to tell Harry he is a wizard and that a very famous wizard as he was the one to take down the dark lord. this book is a very amazing one there are 6 other books of the series and 8 movies. I rate this book a 4 1/2 out of 5.

I think that writing from different perspectives is good but i dont really like writing on a different perspective its a bit anoyying. I do think that writing on different perspectives gives you ideas on all sides of the story.
Blue blood
Chapter 1
Chloe's hands gripped the mountain ledge as she held on for dear life. Time had seemed to have slipped through her fingers, as she hung there watching the surroundings disappear around her, was this the end?…
Chloe heard sounds from afar she seeked help desperately she had hung there for hours thinking back on what would've happened had she been looking closer, then she looked down to see a deep fall into an icy river, her head spun round as it overflowed with thoughts all this made her dizzy until… “AAAAAA, HELP PLEASE!” Chloe fell and fell till she landed on solid thick cold ice Crk,Crk… Chloe felt her legs go numb, as her body submerged into the ice cold water . She felt her leg open up. Instead of red blood, she blead out blue. Her toes froze from her spine up. Not being able to breath was killing her, but as she began to float up a rush of cold currant came her way, pushing her under the thick layer, her skin ripped against the scratchy ice, as she groaned in pain she let go.
When Chloe came to she was surrounded in a circle of rock, with snow dripping down it was like in endless tunnel going up, she saw a large narrow staircase. She tried to move but forgot the pain, when she looked down to her body there were scratches, scabs and blood oozing, from her body but she moved on she trudged through the deep snow almost up to her knees, she gotta staircase but stopped. She couldn’t do it anymore she was aching and was tired, she decide to stop.
Chapter 2
As Chloe sat on the first step of the staircase crying, something pushed her up, a voice called her “Chloe come on Chloe,” in a whisper“ who.. Who are you leave me alone!” “Chloe,” the voice whispered once again. Chloe was walking up the stairs unwillingly she tried to pull back she really did, but she was to weak. Chloe pulled with all her strength and got away, but we don’t know what happened next not even me the narrator, Chloe passed out tumbling down the stairs.
Awaking after being passed out she figured that, the voice was in the building the strange strange building, Chloe was ready to remember the details on her face, but nothing's ever so easy not in this world, he was in a dark grey mask no identity to show, she wanted to launch at him but with such little strength she realised there was no point, oh and the fact she was tied up, didn’t help. Chloe is no dumb person so she pretended to be asleep but with a slight eye open to know what is happening.
A man walked in also wearing a mask, but a dark pink one. Chloe was now unsure which was the voice. The man with the pink mask said in a deep voice, “Don't bother, just leave her here to die”. When they left, Chloe stumbled to get up forgetting that she was tied up. The bruises and cuts on her body did not help ether. They wallowed in pain with blood trickling down. “ No No this is not right!” Chloe was stronger she bashed the board she was lying on till… Crack “I’m free.” Chloe smashed through the wall but air was thick and hard to breath a galaxy with gravity and doors to different worlds.
Chapter 3
Chloe walked through the hallway of worlds until she stumbled upon a sign that caught her eye it read, FROZEN. Without a second thought she had walked in, but a world like this was controlled, people stood living a normal life but frozen yet still able to move there eyes and watch Chloe walk. Behind was nothing no doorway back,stranded maybe this world was much too easy shoplifting was a piece of cake, “Hey maybe I can stay.” Chloe thought. She walked past building with workers glaring at her as she scattered past.
On the 10th day of being in frozen town she got more creeped out. They were able to twist their heads right round but their bodys stayed still. As if they were asleep.
She started to fall. Her head felt like a rollercoaster. Spinning round, up and down. All of a sudden it went black. She collapses on to the hard cold ground. Days later she wakes up. Not knowing what has happened. She immediately thinks this was a dream.
Chapter 4
She appeared out of the foggy mist walking down a long narrow path, she saw mud and rats scattering through cans. Her thick dark brown hair tied up in a messy bun, she stumbled upon a sign saying memory lane, she kept walking till figures like where on the sides of her, she heard gunshots as men fell to the ground, a tear trickled down her blue eyes, the men could not her. It was someone's memory. Someone's memory of war.
Chloe was no longer interested in doing anything stuck, again she sat hoping to walk up in her walm bed but life is not like that. Chloe heard the screams it was to much she, suddenly glowed red and blue and scream out as flashes, blew out of her like in explosion “powers.”she whispered.
When Chloe came to, there was nothing a flat plane surface. She had been walking for an hour or so when she saw a planet a purple planet, something drew her to this planet, now remember it was a flat surface. Chloe tripped and fell through a hole, “what is this.. This horrid place”.

How make up is made
HOW MAKEUP IS MADE
I’m pretty sure that you will all know what makeup is but if you don't I'll tell you, makeup is something to cover up the ugliness of peoples faces. So how is it made I'll tell you how most makeup is made.
Bareminerals Lipstick: Lipstick ingredients are made of three ingredients wax: beeswax, Conover, and candalayla. Pigment, and moisturizer: planter. First, the wax and moisturizer are wayed, then the wax is melted down and put in a kettle. Than a moisturizer known as a planter is added for a creamy soft texture. Next, the pigment is made and put through rollers that grind the pigment it is rolled 3 times till the pigment is rolled to a thin sheet. Then added to the kettle till the mixture is thick, the liquid then goes into a filling machine that puts it in small round containers, it then goes on a covener through a 5 feet long tunnel were the lipstick is frozen, the lipstick is attached to containers some containers have mirrors and lights attached.
Colourpop Eye shadow: First ingredients are weighed, first is mica a mineral that acts as a filler. Then a zing steroid which acts as the binder for the eye shadow, next a combo of pigment is weighed till it meets the desired , the pigments used are made with iron oxide and sometimes even diamond glitters.Once everything is weighed the pigment is taken and put into a blender jar till it is a dust, the man/woman who is doing the pigment has to wear a gas mask drew to all the chemicals. Next, the pigment is put into a big mixer and coconut oil is poured to the mix till it's got cake form, then more mica is added a lot more eye shadow is 80% mica. A lot of eyeshadows have a dark intense shine. Then plastic containers are prepared the is placed in the containers put on a metal plate and a thin magnet is placed in a container so the eyeshadow will stay in place, the clear lid is applied and done.
Bare Minerals Powder foundation: First of all a technician makes a blend of titanium, mica, and zinc, this blend is often mixed with red, yellow and black till the precise consistency and shade would you have guessed this was mixed in, once the pigment is perfect it is sent off to the factory to be produced on a much larger scale. A machine is used to replicate the exact pigment in the lab but the color does not come out right it is instead taken to a compounder who compounds the pigment. The mixture transforms into the perfect color instead of a bright white. Before it’s sent for packaging the workers test the foundation on their arms to match the colors. Once it's matched it can be sent off for packaging the powered is dumped into big drums and brought to the packaging room for distributing, each container is filled with the same amount of powder and sealed with plastic and labeled with the company name and shade. The packages are cleaned for any excess powder and know they're ready to ship.

How to be healthy
Hopefully you all know how to be healthy, but even if you have a bit of an idea there are many things you might be missing, so let me fill you in on what I know. Smoking and drinking: Alcohol is very bad for you and your body it can make you do many strange things or crazy things that you might not even remember. Alcohol can give things like alcohol poisoning which can lead to death depending on what you drink, it can also can lead to cancer. Smoking is also very bad it can cause cancer and/or lung disease. Food and water: This paragraph is very important because without these components you can not live, unless you are an alien. You should at the least drink cups of water a day almost every drink imagneble has water in it but probably have a lot of other things such as sugar, caffeine and many more things like that. Now food for food you need a balanced diet you need protein, fruit/vegetables, sugar and fat. If you are vegetarian you get still a balanced diet since there is types of fat that vegetarians eat. You can not eat to much fat as you should only have 30% of fat in your diet. Exercise and sleep: Getting good rest is a big part of keeping healthy without sleep you’d would be drowsy probably have bad eyesight and memory, drew to the lack of sleep, and if you think coffee will help you it won’t. Exercise is also a big part of being healthy no you don’t have go to the gym everyday, just walking around and maybe doing a sport will be fine. A way to do this is to (if your close) walk to a grocery store or something like that. So I hope you got some Ideas on how to keep healthy and if you already knew all of this thank you for reading anyway. So don’t give your body stupid things like alcohol, too much fat or tobacco. But do give your body water, a balanced diet and exercise to be healthy.
