Hopefully you all know how to be healthy, but even if you have a bit of an idea there are many things you might be missing, so let me fill you in on what I know. Smoking and drinking: Alcohol is very bad for you and your body it can make you do many strange things or crazy things that you might not even remember. Alcohol can give things like alcohol poisoning which can lead to death depending on what you drink, it can also can lead to cancer. Smoking is also very bad it can cause cancer and/or lung disease. Food and water: This paragraph is very important because without these components you can not live, unless you are an alien. You should at the least drink cups of water a day almost every drink imagneble has water in it but probably have a lot of other things such as sugar, caffeine and many more things like that. Now food for food you need a balanced diet you need protein, fruit/vegetables, sugar and fat. If you are vegetarian you get still a balanced diet since there is types of fat that vegetarians eat. You can not eat to much fat as you should only have 30% of fat in your diet. Exercise and sleep: Getting good rest is a big part of keeping healthy without sleep you’d would be drowsy probably have bad eyesight and memory, drew to the lack of sleep, and if you think coffee will help you it won’t. Exercise is also a big part of being healthy no you don’t have go to the gym everyday, just walking around and maybe doing a sport will be fine. A way to do this is to (if your close) walk to a grocery store or something like that. So I hope you got some Ideas on how to keep healthy and if you already knew all of this thank you for reading anyway. So don’t give your body stupid things like alcohol, too much fat or tobacco. But do give your body water, a balanced diet and exercise to be healthy.

How to be healthy
